    • Canceled orders will be fully refunded. Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days and returned to the original payment method.
  2. Incorrect Orders:

    • If there is an error with your order (e.g., missing items, incorrect items), please notify us immediately upon pickup.
    • We will rectify the error by offering a replacement of the incorrect item(s) or providing a refund for the affected item(s).
  3. Quality Issues:

    • If you are unsatisfied with the quality of your food, please contact us within 24 hours of pickup.
    • We may request that you return the food to the store for inspection.
    • Depending on the nature of the issue, we will offer a replacement, a partial refund, or a full refund at our discretion.
  4. No-Show for Pickup:

    • If an order is not collected within the specified pickup window and no contact is made to arrange an alternate time, the order will be considered a "no-show."
    • No refunds will be provided for orders that are not picked up.

    • We take precautions to accommodate dietary restrictions and allergies; however, we cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment.
    • Refunds will not be provided for reactions or issues arising from undisclosed allergies or dietary requirements.
